CONTEMPLATIVE COMMUNICATION WITH NATURE – A VITAL RESOURCE.
Living in a society full of noise, not only exterior but also interior, has negative effects on the person making life feel empty and superficial. This superficiality can take up the silence and you become unable to listen to the emptiness.
Noise dissolves intimacy, superficiality cancels it. Nature is the unifying center par excellence; for example taking a walk in the wood brings benefits to the body and mind.
Contemplative communication is based on the principle that images that are observed during mental processing condition the processing itself; in other words, what we see has the power to change our thinking, and therefore our behavior and therefore our state of mind.
Trees have a language that expresses itself through the subtle energies that every living organism absorbs from the external environment and continuously radiates.
Any fool is able to destroy trees; they can not defend themselves nor escape. (John Muir)
