Instead of treating the symptoms of illness, we can learn to live attentively to our environment, nourish ourselves with awareness and wisdom, search the natural aspects of life, find symbiosis with our individual rhythms and needs, and listen to the harmony and balance of our bodies together with our brain. My personal experience of regaining my own health led me to study, practice and teach many different forms of natural therapies today. My goal is to offer these true daily resources, available for anyone who wishes to maintain their physical and emotional balance or to regain their well-being if it has been lost.
